Measurements

In order to ensure the highest quality of our services, we use a LEICA ABSOLUTE TRACKER AT 402 portable coordinate measuring machine in our machining processes.

Welded structures and castings entrusted by our customers for processing, before they are installed on machine tools, undergo a preliminary measurement procedure using a portable measuring machine. This is done in order to detect possible inconsistencies of the welded structure or casting in advance.

The LEICA ABSOLUT TRACKER AT 402 is also used in the process of setting up and basing a large-size workpiece on a machine tool.

After machining, the large-size parts are subjected to measurement inspection using the LEICA ABSOLUT TRACKERAT 402 measuring machine as well as other reputable measuring instruments.

We also provide external services to perform measurements of large-size components using the LEICA AT 402 portable measuring machine, according to the needs of our customers regardless of location and purpose. These can be final measurements, or inter-process measurements both for control, alignment and to facilitate the assembly of equipment.
